Where do I need to train?

This is entirely up to you. I work between Bristol and Chippenham but I also do online training as well as training weekends where you can visit for the weekend, get loads of knowledge and then go away and practice it to ensure that you're always developing.

There are loads of free videos on my Instagram account that you're welcome to use. Workouts, stretching routines, tips on specific problems like shoulder mobility, spinal health and plenty more of information that's needed for a healthy body.
