About Me

I’ve ridden bikes my whole life — and still do. Growing up racing motocross taught me the value of preparation, performance, and pushing limits. When you’re on that start line, you don’t just want to feel strong — you want to know you’ve done the work. That mindset of training with purpose, not guesswork, is what drives everything I do.

 

After years of coaching and working 1-to-1 with clients, I launched AD Gym in February 2025. The goal was simple: create a space where people could train properly — with expert coaching, structure, and support — no matter their starting point.

About AD Gym

AD stands for Always Developing, and that’s the foundation of everything we do.

 

We help everyday people become more athletic — whether they’re brand new to training, returning after time away, or ready to level up. This isn’t a bootcamp, and it’s not a gym where you’re left to figure it out alone. At AD Gym, we coach people properly — with a focus on movement, strength, confidence, and real progress.

 

Whether you train with me 1-to-1 or in our small group classes, sessions are built on trust, challenge, and genuine support. You’ll always be seen, coached, and guided toward your goals.

My goal is to educate and guide riders on how to train properly — in a way that’s safe, purposeful, and engaging. No fluff, no guesswork — just structured, intelligent coaching.
