Circuit training involves cardio, strength and flexibility training. It improves muscle tone and definition while also developing overall fitness. It's a popular way of keeping fit if you're looking for variety in your workouts. All these aspects combined will allow you to be relaxed and in more control of the bike while riding at your current speed or faster.

The personalised attention from 1-2-1 sessions means each session will be entirely personalised, and you will be able to feel comfortable with an attentive and empathetic
trainer who is solely focused on you.

Prior to starting you will undergo a sports specific screening to see if there are any weaknesses or imbalances that need to be addressed. This also acts as a great starting point that we can re-test and monitor your performance over the course of the months.

Combining group training sessions into your weekly workout routine will give you a structured foundation from which to build strength, lose weight or tone your body.

Just like personal training, group training sessions hold you accountable for turning up and putting 100% effort into your workout.

The youth programme is focussed around training and education. We want to create good people and athletes who are fit for life. 
The programme involves cardio, flexibility, movement and strength training that is carefully monitored during the session and also by regular monthly testing to monitor development.
The strengthening of muscles and connective tissues through strength training makes young athletes capable of sustaining higher external forces, which therefore makes them less susceptible to soft-tissue injury. I am fully DBS checked and a qualified youth strength and conditioning coach.

Take your training to another level with our online training. Taking into account specific points in an athletes season, including detailed training requirements, they're built to fit
around your lifestyle including clear guidance on what you need to be doing, and when.

You will get support through WhatsApp and Zoom as well as a sport specific screening and regular testing you can do at home or from your local gym to ensure you are developing.
